Who am I?
I’m Dave March – a career coach and talent acquisition manager. I’ve worked for big global multi-billion-dollar staffing companies such as Adecco to a more much smaller 100-million-dollar staffing firm in New Jersey company. I’ve been hiring people, interviewing them and reviewing their resumes for years now in the staffing industry. I possess a unique ability to understand personality, character, and culture quickly and I bring a human-centered perspective to staffing. My goal is to make sure that our talent matches your job descriptions, company culture, and they are at the top of their game.
What kind of coaching have your candidates gone through?
The other side of my business is coaching. I provide a wide-range of coaching services to my candidates before I match them with companies. We work on developing soft skills, such as leadership acumen, building relationships, building career confidence, removing limiting beliefs. What’s important about my coaching is that it builds on the hard skills they already have and it shows that they are coachable, resilient, and open to learning. They truly have the growth mindset necessary for success in today’s competitive environment.
How do you vet your candidates?
We provide complete reference checks and each candidate has been assessed for personal and professional skills. Through the coaching process I’ve understood what they’re looking for in terms of salary and where they’re looking to take their career and future.
Do you have any guarantees?
We provide a 60-day replacement guarantee: if the candidate leaves or is fired for any reason, we’ll get another candidate in the spot for no additional charge. There’s no charge for interviewing our candidates or seeing who we have available – payment is due within the first 30-days of the start date.
