I’ve worked for big global multi-billion-dollar staffing companies such as Adecco to a more much smaller 100-million-dollar staffing firm in New Jersey company. I’ve been hiring people, interviewing them and reviewing their resumes for years now in the staffing industry. I possess a unique ability to understand personality, character, and culture quickly and I bring a human-centered perspective to staffing. We work on developing soft skills, such as leadership acumen, building relationships, building career confidence, removing limiting beliefs. What’s important about my coaching is that it builds on the hard skills they already have and it shows that they are coachable, resilient, and open to learning. They truly have the growth mindset necessary for success in today’s competitive environment.
